Vouchers can be purchased like normal items, if they are offered in the shop. Once you have purchased a voucher, the amount will appear in your shopping cart . Now you can send out the desired amount by e-mail via the link "Send Coupon".
How to send out Gift Vouchers
To send out a Gift Voucher, please click on the link "Send Coupon" in your shopping cart. If you want to send out a Gift Voucher, we need the following information from you: First and last name of the recipient, a valid e-mail address of the recipient, the amount you want to send out (you can also send part of your credit), a short message to the recipient.
Please check your information again before sending it out. You always have the opportunity to correct your data before sending.
How to use Coupons
Once you have a balance, you can use it to pay your order. During the checkout process you have the option to redeem your credit . If the balance is less than the value of goods, you must select your preferred method of payment for the differential amount. If your assets exceed the value of goods , you can of course use the remaining credit for your next order .
Redeeming Gift Vouchers
If you have received a coupon by e- mail, you can book the amount as followed:
1. Click on the link provided in the email. If you do not already have a personal account, you have the option to open an account .
2. After you have placed an item in the shopping cart, you can enter your coupon code.
